Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Pilates experience to get started?

Not at all! All levels are welcome. Private trainings are tailored to your experience and goals, while group classes are designed with experience level in mind.

What should I wear and bring to my session?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing (no jeans, please!), and grip socks are required for Pilates sessions. Other than that, bring water—I’ve got you covered for the rest!

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and I understand! Because your session is reserved just for you, we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full or result in the loss of the applicable session credit.

Are there age restrictions?

No! All ages are welcome at Solstice. Clients under 18 will need a parent or legal guardian’s signature.
